A flowchart is the first step in organizing your site. It enables us to establish the structure of the site and determine where to put more or less emphasis. It helps to plan how your information will be presented, and to ensure that the site is user-friendly. 

Prepare graphics and text
Logo, color scheme, style, background, navigational elements, animations, and most importantly, the text content are evaluated and selected. Preparing graphics can be a challenge, as a balance must be struck between visual interest and the speed that the page loads.

Create value
In order to increase repeat visits to your site, your visitors need to get something of value when they visit. Value adding can include expert information, articles, free contests, humor, links to related sites, artwork, free products, etc. 

Preview
A preliminary draft of the site is placed at a "private location" on the web for testing purposes.  All spelling, links, graphics, and content is thoroughly tested, checked and rechecked to ensure error free operation and high quality content of your site. You will view it at this point and any corrections and revisions are made quickly and efficiently before anyone else sees your site. Once approved, it is uploaded to your URL.
